In an effort to shrink the skilled labor gap, ProTradeCraft launched the Construction Training Center at the 2023 International Builders' Show. The program centered on resilient construction and design with demonstrations and "classes" on high-performance walls, rainscreen systems, resilient doors, fire-resistant cladding, and how to fabricate your own flashings on a Tapco Brake.
To top off the days, we held a Skills Competition. The highlight of the skills competition was the Friday-night-and-I-just-got-paid dance challenge.
