A secret weapon in the war on loose joints: 2P-10 a two-part glue that dries in ten seconds.

It is available in 'thin,' 'medium,' 'thick,' and 'gel' versions for woods with differing levels of porosity.

Samurai likes thin for ultralight MDF because it penetrates the wood a lot better.

How it works:

  • Apply glue to one side of the joint.
  • Spray the activator on the other surface.
  • Put the two surfaces of the joint together and DON'T get it on your skin "..because it will mess you up."
  • Hold for 3-4 seconds. After 10 seconds it is dry, after 30 seconds, it is fully cured.

"This stuff is a game changer."

The thick formula seems to work better on porous woods, like oak. The medium seems to work best on medium porosity wood, like spruce, pine, or fir. If using in a confined space, use a respirator.
