An inexpensive way to give cabinets an antique, glazed look is to darken the kerf along crown molding or door panels using a black marker.

An inexpensive way to give your cabinets an antique, glazed look is to darken the Kerf along crown molding or door panels using a black, magic marker.

(It's also easier than painting a line.)

The black lines are visible in the crown molding and the base molding of these upper cabinets.
